Steve Kramer

Steve Kramer (born December 24, 1950) is an American actor, writer, and voice director. Among his better-known roles are Cyclopter on Masked Rider, Darkonda on Power Rangers: In Space, the Third Hokage on Naruto, and Butler Tokioka on Gungrave. He has written for a number of programs, including Robotech, Samurai Pizza Cats, and SD Gundam Force.
