Scalpel tools are robots that helped Scalpel the orders of Megatron.

While Scalpel examining Sam Witwicky, two robots similar Insecticons toppled over in Sam a little robot full of slimy tentacles. Scalpel ordered him to come into Sam. The robot enters the mouth, put two tentacles out through your nose and out through your mouth. Scalpel appears to have killed him as he finished his work. Revenge of the Fallen
