Ron Gans

Ronald Gans is an American voice actor. He provided voice-overs for the trailers of many Roger Corman movies in the '70s, and memorably voiced the Tasha-Yar-killing black goop monster Armus in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode, Skin of Evil.
