- Hi Abates. I actually tried that and I kept getting a message to log in even though I was already logged in. Also, I clicked confirm my email and I haven't received anything for the Randomus Prime user acct. Had even clicked send password and checked all my email accts and nothing. Makes me wonder if that feature is not working. Any chance you or someone could try to send an email to Ngsmoov and test this for me? Thanks. I'd really appreciate it.Randomus primeTalk
- I've just used the "E-mail this user" function, and didn't run into any problems. When I ticked the option to send me a copy of the email, it ended up in my gmail spam folder, so I'd suggest checking the spam folders on your email accounts as well. --abates 01:24, 13 June 2010 (EDT)

I think I may have just found the issue. Did you access Ngsmoov after the server move? I'm trying to recall if we had to re-register accounts for that. We either had to do it then, or we had to do it after the Bookworm crash.--RosicrucianTalk 01:50, 13 June 2010 (EDT)
I haven't signed on since last year's BotCon, so it had been a while. If I need to re-register, how would I go about it? I tried to create new using Ngsmoov and of course I got "name already in use". Thanks for looking into it! It's been a baffling experience. -Randomus Prime

Tried to confirm my acct on randomus prime and still haven't received anything. I don't understand why I can't confirm my email address. I've tried two different computers, wondering if that was the issue and it's not. Very perplexed. Just can't get any emails or communications for some reason other than posting here on talk. -Randomus Prime
- Who are you hosting your email with? I know I've had trouble with some of the free providers (hotmail) not delivering emails at all from certain sites and just tossing them away as spam without even touching the spam folder. --abates 15:53, 14 June 2010 (EDT)
