According to the letters page of UK #143, the 'events' of Headmasters run from 1986 until the end of 1987, more than a full year. (whether this includes the build time of the Steelhaven-- who knows. But given Steelhaven's evident speed in subsequent stories, ia ssume it does at least include transport time.) -Derik 06:16, 11 May 2006 (UTC)
According to several pieces in the letters column, the movie IS cannon with the US series. Of course, that makes....less than no sense, but it's still there.
