Kari Wahlgren (born in 1977) is an American voice actress. She can be recognized as Haruko Harahara in FLCL, Kagami Hiiragi in Lucky Star, Fuu in Samurai Champloo, Kyoko Milchan in Heat Guy J, Ashe in "Final Fantasy XII", Lady in Devil May Cry, Tayuya in Naruto, Emma Frost in Wolverine and the X-Men, and Saya Otonashi in blood+.
