Fumihiko Tachiki (立木 文彦 Tachiki Fumihiko) is a Japanese voice actor and narrator born April 29, 1961, in Nagasaki, Japan. Known for his low voice, he was originally a blues singer before taking up voice acting, rising to prominence in such roles as Kenpachi Zaraki in Bleach, Yūichi Kirisaki in Yakitate! Japan, Sloth in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and of course, Gendo Ikari in Neon Genesis Evangelion, as well as the narrator (and belt voice) of Kamen Rider W. He is part of the musical group 2HEARTS alongside Toshiyuki Morikawa.
