Fumihiko Tachiki (立木 文彦 Tachiki Fumihiko) is a Japanese voice actor and narrator born April 29, 1961, in Nagasaki, Japan. Known for his low voice, he was originally a blues singer before taking up voice acting, rising to prominence in such roles as Kenpachi Zaraki in Bleach, Yūichi Kirisaki in Yakitate! Japan, Sloth in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and of course, Gendo Ikari in Neon Genesis Evangelion, as well as the narrator (and Gaia Memory voices in the latter) of Kamen Rider Kuuga & Kamen Rider Double. He is part of the musical group 2HEARTS alongside Toshiyuki Morikawa.
