Takehito Koyasu (子安武人 Koyasu Takehito), born May 5, 1967 in Yokohama, is a Japanese voice actor and the creator of the hilariously awful anime Knight Hunters (Weiss Kreuz). He voiced Fred Jones in the Japanese dub of the live action Scooby-Doo films.
