Hotlink is a neutral Seeker from the Prime continuity family.

Hotlink was an old Air Command mainstay and (along with Bitstream) one of Starscream's go to, trusted, tech engineer before he joined the Deceptions.

Exodus: The History of the War for Cybertron

On Trypticon Station Starscream trusted the pair enough to leave Dark Energon to them while he delt with more important things, and trusted Hotlink, in particular, enough to give him the task of hiding his communications with Optimus Prime from Megatron.
