Omega S.P.R.E.E.M. (Strike Prototype; Rapid Engagement & Elimination Module) was the best known of the four prototype Omega Sentinels that preceded Omega Supreme. This prototype was only built in 1/12th scale as a test.

Fiction

During the development phase of Project Omega, Highbrow, Perceptor, and Wheeljack constructed multiple proof-of-concept prototypes for what would eventually become the Omega Sentinels. Of these, the 1/12 scale Mark IV prototype, Omega S.P.R.E.E.M., was the best-known. The data gathered from these prototypes was eventually used to construct the first fully-functional Omega Sentinel prototype, Omega Supreme. Transformers Animated: The AllSpark Almanac Volume 2
