Omega S.P.R.E.E.M. (Strike Prototype; Rapid Engagement & Elimination Module) was the best known of the four prototype Omega Sentinels that preceded Omega Supreme.

Fiction

During the development phase of Project Omega, Highbrow, Perceptor, and Wheeljack constructed multiple proof-of-concept prototypes for what would eventually become the Omega Sentinels. Of these, the 1/12 scale Mark IV prototype, Omega S.P.R.E.E.M., was the most widely known (probably by virtue of being the most successful). The data gathered from these prototypes was eventually used to construct the first fully-functional Omega Sentinel prototype, Omega Supreme. Transformers Animated: The AllSpark Almanac Volume 2
