Transformers Cards

The Transformers Cards are cards containing barcodes to be used in the Transformers Animated: The Chase and Transformers Animated: The Shooting arcade card-reading games. Most of the cards contain Animated characters, but a few contain Generation 1 characters, often based on their Masterpiece toys.
As should be unsurprising, there are varying levels of rarity.

Notes
- According to Sega's site on the cards, there are three levels of rating by using stars. The majority of the cards are normal; one star indicates "silver rare" with a silver shine; two stars indicates "gold rare" with a gold shine; and three stars is "master rare" with both gold and silver.
- There's a bit of a variation between the ones numbered here and the promotion cards that can obtained by either being packaged with the toys, DVD purchases, and magazines (TV Magazine, TV Kun, and Kerokero Ace), in that they start with a "P" instead of either "A" or "D" and the artwork is cartoon stills.
- The September 2010 issue of Kerokero Ace came packaged with a card variant of Optimus swinging his axe as drawn by Tsushima, labeled P-001C and his tech specs.
