An Energon goodie is a food item from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Energon goodies are a food item fed to hostile creatures in hopes of calming them. They are kept in small containers which can be used to dispens the goodies one at a time.

When Kup and Hot Rod encountered the hostile Allicons on Quintessa, the two tried to calm the creatures down by feeding them Energon goodies and using the universal greeting. The goodies worked quite well... until the pair ran out of goodies to feed the hostile creatures, who proceeded to capture them and take them to the Quintesson judges.
