William Hayward Pickering is a human from the 2007 movie franchise in the live-action film continuity family.

William Hayward Pickering was a scientist in the American space program and helped develop and launch the first American satellite, Explorer 1. Technology reverse-engineered from N.B.E.-1 was used in this and other projects that helped the Americans win the space race. Prime Directive issue 3
