Norio Imamura

Norio Imamura (いまむら のりお Imamura Norio), born April 17, 1954, is a Japanese voice actor from Gifu, Japan.
A tattoo enthusiast, he spent 4 to 5 million yen ($45,000 to $56,000 USD) on his tattoos. When he showed fullbody pics of himself on his blog, he was arrested due to Japan's strict censorship laws.[1] His role on One Piece went to Mitsuo Iwata and he was fined 500,000-yen (about US$6,000).[2]
