Flatfoot is an Autobot-allied Mini-Con from the Armada portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family (via the 2008 Universe line).

• Mini-Con Class 12 Pack (Multi-pack, 2008)

Flatfoot is a redeco of Classics Strongarm, transforming into a police car based on a 2006 Dodge Charger (but with the proportions messed up).

He was only available as part of a Kmart exclusive Mini-Con 12-pack with Backstop, Blight, Brimstone, Bodyblock, Boltflash, Cloudraker, Heavytread, Knockdown, Makeshift, Skyhammer, and Suppressor.

This mold was also used to make Cybertron Strongarm, Detectas, Radrogue, Universe Overcharge, and Mighty Stra.

Notes

• Flatfoot's mold is the only Mini-Con mold with Powerlinx sockets that are accessible only in robot mode by design: the sockets on the outside of his lower legs, which end up folded against his thighs inside his car mode. However, he still has other sockets that remain accessible in both modes.

• "Flatfoot" is an old slang term for the police, the fuzz, the popo, the man, the heat, the pigs, etc etc etc.
