Hiroki Takahashi (高橋 広樹 Takahashi Hiroki), born September 7, 1974, is a Japanese voice actor. He has played numerous roles such as Harima Kenji in School Rumble, Katsuya Jonouchi (Joey Wheeler) in Yu-Gi-Oh! and Ryu in later Street Fighter games.

Notes

In an interview published at the start of the Japanese broadcast of Animated, Takahashi stated that during voice recording for that series, his body still reacted involuntarily to the mention of Starscream's name. Apparently, his role from Beast Wars II is still haunting him. How very like Starscream.
