We get some leeway with the Japanese songs, because we provide a translation for comparison/analysis purposes and because nobody in Japan particularly cares about an English wiki, but full-blown reproduction of lyrics without any sort of commentary or permission is prohibited by US copyright law. —Interrobang 20:03, 24 October 2010 (EDT)

Since legally, they would be required to send a request for the lyrics to be taken down before taking action, I'd say leave them up. Given that there's a TON of websites out there that post lyrics in full, I don't think it's too likely any such requests will be sent our way. So I'm also inclined to say "I don't give a toss". --Tigerpaw28 23:11, 24 October 2010 (EDT)
