Piranacon (Universe)

Piranacons are mass-produced troops in service of Unicron from the Beast Era portion of the Generation 1 continuity family (via Universe).

Piranacons are creatures in the service of Unicron during the Universe war, and seemingly make up the bulk of his army. As with most mass-production types, they are vicious, but not all that bright.

Tarantulas sent the Piranacons with Blackarachnia on her mission to sever the link between Primus and his forces. Once they arrived on Cybertron, Blacakarchnia informed them that the seal to Vector Sigma had been corroded by the gasses of the Rust Sea, so getting there wouldn't be a problem. The Piranacons reacted fearful to the news of the sea's effects, until Blackarachnia aggravatedly revealed that it'd take six million years of exposure to the gasses before they'd have to worry about its effects.

A short time later, their area of operation was coincidentally invaded by Depth Charge, and they promptly attacked him. Homecoming
