Cohesive control liquid is a weird substance invented by Doctor Dalton. It has properties that include the ability to control robots.

Doctor Dalton had invented Cohesive Control Liquid. When the Decepticons had invaded, they captured Doctor Dalton. He was forced to outfit the Terrorcons with numerous upgrades, including Cohesive Control Liquid. At the same time, Doctor Dalton had upgraded the Technobots with numerous upgrades.
