Cohesive Control Liquid is a weird substance invented by Doctor Dalton. It has properties that include the ability to control other robots, provided they are sentient.

Cohesive Control Liquid was invented by Doctor Dalton. When the Decepticons invaded, they captured Doctor Dalton to outfit the Terrorcons with numerous upgrades, including the sticky goo. Following a defeat by the Technobots, the Terrorcons used the weapon to gain control of Computron. Since the liquid can affect any robot, Spike Witwicky used Dalton's new Exosuit and "defense spray" to disable the liquid's effects on Computron. The Great Transformer War issue 2
