The name or term "Lugnut" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Lugnut (disambiguation).
Lugnut is a Decepticon from the 2010 Transformers toyline.
Atomic robo.

None too bright, but fanatically loyal to Megatron, Lugnut lives to see the Decepticons victorious. He literally is a force of nature on the battlefield - gravity generators in his fists spawn point singularities on impact, causing massive explosions with each punch. That, combined with his seemingly limitless supply of missiles, makes him a chaotic and deadly opponent - one that most Autobots avoid at all costs.

Transformers (2010)

  • Lugnut (Voyager Class, 2011)
Part of wave 4 of the 2010 Transformers toyline, Lugnut transforms into an amalgamation of various World War II-era bombers, and has a shark-tooth deco on the cabin similar to Animated Atomic Lugnut. As he is part of the "Reveal the Shield" promotion, he also has a rubsign. His tail has a spring loaded missle launcher. Each arm is equipped with an extending section allowing him to perform the Punch of Kill Everything with both arms simultaneously. This is awesome GLORIOUS!

  • Lugnut (Voyager Class, 2011)
    • Japanese ID number: UN-14
Transformers Lugnut will be released in Japan in the Transformers United toyline, with a more detailed paint deco scheme. Notably, he has extensive use of metallic purple paint, to better match the Japanese release of Transformers Animated Lugnut, though, for some reason Lugnut's head is purple instead of green.

Notes

  • Lugnut's design, we're sure you're astounded to find, is heavily influenced by his namesake.
