Ryōtarō Okiayu (置鮎 龍太郎 Okiayu Ryōtarō) is a Japanese voice actor born November 17, 1969, in Kitakyushu, Japan. He works for Aoni Production and has provided voices for dozens and dozens of characters in anime, video games and dubs, including Scar in the first Fullmetal Alchemist anime, Andrew Waltfeld in Gundam Seed, Hisashi Mitsui in Slam Dunk, Alucard in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, Lee Chaolan in the Tekken video games and Zero in the Mega Man X video games, and Mccrane from Brave Police J-Decker and Leon from Brave of Gold Goldran.

When playing Hot Rod, Okiayu patterned his performance after Hiroya Ishimaru, who first portrayed the character in Japanese.
