The youngest Autobot serving Optimus Prime on Earth. Having once been saved from a hanging rope trap by Blurr's marksmanship, on Cybertron, he immediately traveled to Earth to join him once finding out where he had gone. Though Side Swipe can be annoying, he ended up being a vital part of the united Armada against Unicron, and the return of Wheeljack.
