Jess Harnell (born December 23, 1963) is an American voice actor. He is best known for portraying Wakko Warner and Walter Wolf on Animaniacs, Hunter on Road Rovers and Captain Hero on Drawn Together. He is also the announcer on America's Funniest Home Videos... and lead singer of a rock band named Rock Sugar that does epic mash-ups of well-known pop, rock and metal songs.
