Professor Princess (real name Penelope "Princess" Sutton, Ph.D.) is a little girl out to rid the world of violent boys' toys... by violently destroying them and any who stand in her way. Also, she hates rock music. (No accounting for taste...) Her arsenal includes a magic wand, razor-edged flowers, exploding kitten dolls, and her toy flying unicorn, Powdered Sugar, which fires both beam and projectile weaponry from its horn.
Go ahead and laugh, but she took out Bulkhead and humiliated Starscream.
She insists she is just trying to save people from dangerous, corrupting influences, and will not classify herself as a criminal or villain.

Professor Princess came across Starscream lying in a forest, trapped in stasis lock after his battle with Optimus Prime over the AllSpark. Starscream attempted to get her to reactivate him fully via manual restart switch...but because he didn't say "please", she gave him a faceful of Powdered Sugar's rainbow beam. After Starscream finally asked "nicely" for her help, Princess said that she'd fix him up...which actually meant give him a rather ridiculous makeover, complete with a pink wig and lipstick. Starscream's indignant cries earned him another rainbow blast, which actually jump-started his systems, letting him move freely. The only thing that saved Princess was the threat that should any harm befall her (or Powdered Sugar), an image of the "made-up" Starscream would be broadcast across the planet, if not the galaxy. Starscream politely let Princess go...failing to notice she had drawn happy rainbows and daisies all over his back. Whatever Happened To Whatisname?
Later, Professor Princess attacked a toy store where Bulkhead and Sari Sumdac were shopping as part of her crusade to destroy "awful, violent toys". (Oh, the irony...) In her opening attack, she succeeded in incapacitating Bulkhead. However, Sari weakened her with a concentrated blast of very loud music from an AllSpark Key-enhanced stereo, and Bulkhead pinched Powdered Sugar's laser horn as it was about to fire, causing it to explode. Professor Princess actually became a brief ally of Bulkhead during Porter C. Powell's control of Sumdac Systems, as she was completely offended by the proliferation of the clunky, ugly "Bulkhead" mega-van (though she kinda liked the one deco'd with flowers and rainbows). As the Autobot Bulkhead chased after the Angry Archer, who was escaping a bank heist in his own Bulkhead, Princess swooped in to attack and rant. She flew away when the Archer's vehicle exploded shortly after rolling over and crashing. The Insincerest Form of Flattery
Slo-Mo later recruited her along with Nanosec and the Angry Archer to form a villainous team to defeat the Autobots once and for all. Professor Princess was initially opposed to the idea of classifying herself as a villain, but showed little aversion to stealing a large sack full of dolls on the team's first crime spree. Soon, a mysterious benefactor recruited the group to steal components for a massive weapon. While seeking out the weapon parts they needed, Princess used her magic wand to neutralize Angry Archer's nasty, violent exploding arrows, preferring her own rainbow-and-pink-glitter-colored explosions instead. At the end of that mission, Swindle betrayed his human lackeys. The group joined forces with Bumblebee to stop Swindle, but the villains would not completely reform. - Professor Princess is an obvious spoof of many toy franchises for young girls, such as Rainbow Brite and My Little Pony.
- The ammo fired from Professor Princess's bazooka in "Sound and Fury"—balls that "pop" open into (exploding) cat dolls—appears to be a reference to Popples.
- Her theme music is similar to that of the main/title character from Sailor Moon.
- She is apparently able to disarm grenades expertly glued to a stick.
