Megumi Toyoguchi (豊口 めぐみ Toyoguchi Megumi, born January 2, 1978) is a Japanese voice actress who is currently employed by 81produce. Most of her roles lie in anime, where some of the more well-known ones include Winry Rockbell in the first Fullmetal Alchemist anime, Tomoko Higashikata in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Hikari (Dawn) in Pokémon, Aqua in the Kingdom Hearts franchise, Revy in Black Lagoon, Meg in Burst Angel, Melody Honey in Arcade Gamer Fubuki, Yukari Takeba in Persona 3, Junko Enoshima in Danganronpa, Riruka Dokugamine in Bleach, Ghislaine Dedoldia in Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation and Klan Klang in Macross Frontier.

In the world of dubbing, some of her roles include Ellie in the Ice Age franchise, Rosetta in Disney's Tinkerbell animated film franchise, Flora in the Babar franchise, Cristal on The Boondocks, and Nya-Nya the Catgirl in Teen Titans: Trouble in Tokyo.
