Major Gordon was on duty when an incoming U.F.O. was picked up on radar. Major Gordon put the base on red alert, but the U.F.O. arrived much faster than expected. The Enemy Within! part 1 The U.F.O. was actually the Decepticon Starscream. Starscream was able to destroy many aircraft on the ground, but several fighter jets were able to engage him in the skies, but they were no match for the Decepticon. The Enemy Within! part 2

In the end, Major Gordon's forces were helpless in stopping Starscream. He was only driven off when Megatron and the other Decepticons arrived and chased him off, trying to capture him for his treachery. The Enemy Within! part 3
