Scavenger is one of four Constructicons who combine into the mighty Devastator. Scavenger's personality, like that of his comrades, is unknown. It is also unknown what, if any, connection he has with the other Decepticon excavator named Scavenger active during the Universe conflict.

A redeco of Robots in Disguise Grimlock, Scavenger transforms into an excavator. His digger-arm can plug into his back, or theoretically be used as a hand-held weapon. He can form both arms (simultaneously) or either leg to the team's combined Devastator super robot mode. However, he looks absolutely gimpy as a leg, so...

He was available only in a Target-exclusive 2-pack with Bonecrusher.
