Scavenger (Universe Ultra)
From MediaWiki
| The name or term "Scavenger" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Scavenger (disambiguation). |
- Scavenger is a Decepticon whose continuity of origin is unknown, but who was caught up in the Universe war.

Scavenger is one of four Decepticons who combine into the mighty Constructicon Devastator. He has no bio and appears in no fiction, but because he was released in the Universe line, we assume he was somehow involved in the Universe war. That storyline spans various continuities, so he may or may not be the same character as some other green-and-purple construction vehicle named "Scavenger" elsewhere in the multiverse - not to mention the additional one in the Universe toyline.

- Bonecrusher & Scavenger (Ultra-level 2-pack, 2006)
- A redeco of Robots in Disguise Grimlock, Scavenger transforms into an excavator. His digger-arm can plug into his back, or theoretically be used as a hand-held weapon. He can form both arms (simultaneously) or either leg to the team's combined super robot mode. However, he looks absolutely gimpy as a leg, so...
- He was available only in a Target-exclusive 2-pack with Bonecrusher.
Trivia
- While clearly an homage to his Generation 1 Constructicon namesake, this Scavenger's team technically has no name. The term "Constructicon" appears solely as a prefix to the name of their combined form, "Constructicon Devastator." Thus, the only Universe characters who can properly be considered Constructicons are the Micromasters, whose packaging does identify them as such.
