A team of police officers had sealed off Kingdom Petrochemicals after an explosion when a couple of strange trucks hauled up. One police officer stopped them, as the whole site was a restricted area, but the driver handed over authorization that was apparently all in order, and the police officer told Hank to let the trucks through. What happened to the officers after that is unclear — there was no sign of them when Soundwave's Decepticons stormed in. Nefarious #1
