Víctor Ugarte Fonseca

Víctor Ugarte Fonseca (born October 31, 1976) is a Mexican voice actor. He got into the business via his uncle Eduardo Fonseca, and is the Latin American dub voice of Harry Potter from Prisoner of Azkaban onwards.
