Altihex
Altihex is an Orbital Torus State that fell to the Decepticon incursion early in the Great War, during Sentinel Prime's tenure as leader of the planet's military forces. It borders Iacon, Kalis, the Neutral Territories, the Rust Sea, the Tagan Heights and Uraya. It is home to most of Cybertron's deep-space research facilities.[1]

Overhaul did meet his maker when the Autobots attempted to evacuate Altihex under increasingly heavy fire from the Decepticon Seekers Thundercracker and Skywarp. A building full of hold-out Neutrals attempted to declare their non-involvement in the war and were used as target practice. The War Within #1
Some two million years later during the Dark Ages, the Decepticons under command of Shockwave tracked the Chaos Trinity to Altihex and declared them under arrest for endangering the entire planet. Aided by the Lightning Strike Coalition and the Autobots, the Decepticons defeated the Chaos Trinity. The temporary alliance followed the access shaft the Chaos Trinity had been guarding to a gate protecting the Well of All Sparks. On the other side, the captives of The Fallen had already taken measures to stop him. When the alliance finally got in, the threat had been dealt with and it was decided to seal up the gate again, this time with a lock for each faction so that whatever was in that room could not be misused by any of them. Sentinel Prime was at Altihex Casino, attending a performance by comedian Armorhide, when Decepticons launched a bomb attack.
