Tova Anael Fischer
- Anne Fischer is a human from the Revenge of the Fallen portion of the live-action movie continuity. She took the last name Simmons. Her first name has also been given as Tova.

Anne Fischer is the wife of William Simmons and the mother of Seymour Simmons. She is strong-willed and strident. After William went missing, she took the name Simmons.

The Veiled Threat
After the disbanding of Sector Seven, Tova Simmons offered her son a job at her Manhattan delicatessen, to keep him from mouldering in his apartment. When Tova caught him arguing with a customer, she called them both idiots, and then told Seymour to give the customer what they wanted. Then she headed back to the kitchen to make sure the part-timers weren't pocketing condiments. Seymour later managed to transfer Frenzy's head and a large amount of Sector Seven documentation into the basement of her business without her knowing. The Veiled Threat

Notes
- Seymour's mother was first named, as "Tova", in the The Veiled Threat novel. For whatever reason, when John Barber wrote the Sector 7 comic book, he elected to rename Seymour's mother "Anne".
