This article is about the heroic Decepticon who is not a Seeker. For his evil Seeker counterpart, see Thundercracker (G1). For a list of other meanings, see Thundercracker (disambiguation).
Thundercracker is a heroic Decepticon from the "Shattered Glass" continuity family.
Probably feels inferior to all the land vehicles, too.

Thundercracker is a member of the Mayhem Suppression Squad. If his paintjob doesn't blind his enemies into submission, he's got a sonic-dampening effect to shut them up.

Notes

  • Thundercracker is in a Classics Seeker body, but with his incredibly eye-searing Action Master color scheme.
  • A redeco of the Classics Seeker mold as Action Master Thundercracker was originally going to be the attendee freebie figure for BotCon 2010, but the mold was being used for Generations Thrust by Hasbro at the time and thus unavailable. Had it been produced, this figure could probably have doubled as Shattered Glass Thundercracker, much like the Slice/Shattered Glass Wheeljack toy that was made in its stead. The toy was eventually released as Shattered Glass Thundercracker at BotCon 2011.
  • While previously it had been commonly believed by fans that once a mold was used for one Botcon, it would not be used for another (as it had never happened before), Thundercracker became the first figure prove otherwise.
    • When this was brought up during the TFCC Roundtable panel during the Q&A, the response was that there was never an actual policy against the reuse of molds, but that they just tried to be more diverse in terms of molds.
  • At the aforementioned panel, when talking about the Shattered Glass Galvatron and Thundercracker set, Thundercracker was referred to as "Gloriously Hideous"
