Jeffrey Combs (born September 9, 1954) is a film and voice actor. A horror movie icon, Combs is well known as Herbert West in the Re-Animator trilogy. He's also been in such horror films as From Beyond, Necronomicon and Castle Freak. Combs is also known for playing a variety of characters on three Star Trek TV series - Deep Space Nine, Voyager, and Enterprise, most notably recurring DS9 villain Weyoun. With his feet in both the horror and science-fiction worlds, as well as outside the two popular genres, Combs enjoys a diverse and varied fanbase.
Among many voice acting roles, he has voiced the Scarecrow in The New Batman Adventures, the Question in Justice League Unlimited, the Leader in Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes and that really creepy janitor guy in Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force Go.
