Camshaft (G1)

Camshaft is an Autobot Omnibot from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Camshift is on the right, which is left in Japan.

Camshaft will never be accused of battlefield heroics. He strongly believes the Decepticons must be stopped, but Camshaft has no intention, however, of dying for the cause. Highly intelligent, he uses his smarts to avoid risk and danger whenever possible, instead opting for stealth. This has the added side-effect of making him an excellent scout, often acting as Optimus Prime's "grim shadow warrior."

As an Omnibot he has a secondary configuration to his vehicle mode in which a white noise scrambler dish deploys from the rear if of his car.
