In Decepticon Graffiti! Circuit Breaker says the transformer's brain is composed of a cluster of microchips. So, I'm thinking "brain chips" is Transformer slang for Brain Module.


Brain chips are a part of Transformer anatomy. Their relation to brain modules is unknown.
