Toy Picture Caption

For the picture of toy Sixshot and his alt forms, I just get a kick out of the caption with the seven weapons and the pope, but I don't know where the quote is from. Can anyone tell me where the quote is from? ThanksAutobotFreak643 02:15, 27 April 2008 (UTC) P.S. I got an original 1987 Sixshot at Botcon today and he's one heck of an awesome figure!

(since an anon member has already replied to AutobotFreak643 about this question, this response is largely for the benefit of other users so they don't think we ignore talk pages). Its from the Monty Python second series sketch, The Spanish Inquisition, from the episode of the same title. --FFN 13:39, 27 April 2008 (UTC)

Sappo

I've wondered for a while where this name COMES from. It's used in the Headmasters episode summary list that's been around since apes forged the Internet from bone, but in the episode itself, the guy's name is ABEL. Well, that's how the R2 DVD set interpreted it, anyway - in Japanese, Chromedome comes out with what sounds like "Aberu," and that seems reasonable to me. Even in the StarTV dub, he's "Abello." Where the frig did "Sappo" come from? - Chris McFeely 18:52, 8 September 2006 (UTC)

Aaand I see Abel actually has a page already. - Chris McFeely 18:53, 8 September 2006 (UTC)

Yeah, I couldn't remember the dude's name off the top of my head, so I used one of those ancient scrolls containing Japanese Episode guides written in 1995 BC. I won't be doing *that* again. --DrSpengler 19:21, 8 September 2006 (UTC)

Depiction in Spotlight: Metroplex

Notes on this page and the one for Spotlight: Metroplex mention a change in Sixshot's personality. There was discussion on the matter over on IDW's message board, and the general consensus was that his portrayal was consistent with how he acted in Devastation. That is, while he's brooding when he's on his own, he gets a lot more talkative while he's out on missions. He toyed with Ratchet and bragged about his abilities while fighting the main Autobot force, which didn't seem all that different from his encounter with the Throttlebots. - Cattleprod 19:35, 6 August 2009 (EDT)

Shot Action

Is it a bad idea to create an article for Sixshot's technique Shot Action?--Metroplex 10:18, 31 July 2011 (EDT)
