Richard Newman

Richard Newman (born October 14, 1949 in Chicago, Illinois) is a voice actor who works primarily in Canada. He is quite well known in the voice acting business for characters such as Emperor Dornkirk in Escaflowne, Governor-General Phaeton in Exosquad, Daecon in Reboot, Iron Klaw in G.I. Joe Extreme, Captain Ginyu on the first English dub of Dragonball Z, M. Bison from the Street Fighter animated series and many, many other roles.
