Vehidrones are a kind of drone from the TransTech continuity.

Much like the Vehicons they were engineered from, Vehidrones are not very bright. Intended for security purposes, their effectiveness is hampered by the many many safety protocols that leaking-spark Autobots insisted that RoboCo include in their systems. If that wasn't bad enough, the optical visors on the Mark III units have a flaw with their optic nodes, meaning they can be disabled if you know how to shoot them just right.

RoboCo confiscated the original designs from a Megatron, and Bulletbike insisted they be upscaled for production. As most of the line's flaws were kept secret, the Vehidrones were hugely successful and used for both security and law enforcement across Axiom Nexus. When Bulletbike was abducted and transplanted into a lowtech body, he took advantage of the Mark III's design flaws to disable a Vehidrone and remove its Processor Matrix.

When the impostor who'd replaced Bulletbike got wind that the real thing was coming for him, he had a large proportion of the security forces in the Nexus pulled to protect RoboCo HQ. The dozens of Vehidrones protecting the building slowed down Stungun and his men as they tried to enter. I, Lowtech
