The Night Creeper Leader is an awesome ninja dude from the Marvel Comics portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

The Night Creeper Leader is, as his name suggests, the leader of the Night Creepers, an organization of hi-tech ninja lawyers who are frequently hired by Cobra.

He's got a healthy dose of self-confidence, to say the least.
