Talk:Scrambling neon Decepticon

Josh Perez colors a lot of dudes like dudes they aren't intended to be. Usually we don't make up pages for these creations of his or insert them into fiction sections, but I suppose I'll allow this one because Scrambling Decepticon Guy probably isn't a cameo-by-coloring that could mess up anything later, like Barricade or Lugnut, who are real characters.
