Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist. His best known voice over roles are Captain Gantu of the Lilo and Stitch films and TV show, the Joker on The Batman, Exile on Road Rovers, Trigon on Teen Titans, Goro in the first Mortal Kombat movie, Thadeus on the Final Flight of the Osiris segment of The Animatrix, Roadblock on The Hub's G.I. Joe: Renegades, several characters on Family Guy, as well as Principal Lewis in American Dad!, and Cleveland Brown Jr. in the Spin-off, The Cleveland Show. He also voiced Tombstone on The Spectacular Spider-Man (replacing Keith David), Antauri on Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go, The Martian Manhunter in Young Justice, Wolverine in the Black Panther Cartoon, Nick Fury in The Super Hero Squad Show, Robert Hawkins in Static Shock, B'wanna Beast and Black Manta on Batman: The Brave and The Bold. His on-screen roles include Rockefeller Butts on The Knights of Prosperity and Ed Ward on Like Family.

He also does the best Bill Cosby impression known to mankind.
