Tow-Line (RID)
| This article is about the Robots in Disguise Autobot tow-truck. For the Energon Autobot van, see Tow-Line (Energon). |
- Tow-Line is an Autobot from Robots in Disguise continuity.
Stupid is as stupid does, and Tow-Line does plenty of stupid things. He has latched on to illegal parking as the greatest menace to civilization, to the great detriment of those around him. While it is perfectly fine to remove a car that is parked near a fireplug, it is seldom suitable to do the same for, say, a fire engine, and it's definitely desirable to have more brains than the fireplug in question, anyway. Even among Optimus Prime's questionable troops, Tow-Line is a notable moron. But boy, does he looooove his job.
(Note: The is speculation among fans that Tow-Line is the same character as amnesiac Wrecker Hook in the Robot Masters series, due to them sharing names and molds. However, there is little to no actual fictional support for this... Then again, there is little to contadict it either, as Wrecker Hook's role in the Robot Masters storyline is minor at best.)
