Vortex is a Decepticon. Along with the other Combaticons, he can form Bruticus Maximus.

At one point, Vortex encounters a large structure resembling a climbing frame that he must climb to the top of, fighting Autobot enemies along the way. [1] Fall of Cybertron

- Vortex (Deluxe, 2012)
- Vortex transforms from a Cybertronic attack helicopter into a robot. He can also combine with his fellow Combaticon warriors to form Bruticus. Curiously, the toy has been shown in two different color schemes, the gold and red color seen to the right, and a mostly light red and bright purple color scheme seen in pictures where he is joined to Bruticus. Which deco will be released in retail is not yet known.
