During the Lobster and Technology Festival, Mayor Luskey took part in the technology parade. Afterwards he was interviewed by reporter Huxley Prescott and invited everyone to come to the town square to take part in the festival, only to be attacked on-camera by flobsters, who relieved him of his toupee. He attempted to flee in his car, only to be attacked by more flobsters which severed a nearby power line. Graham Burns and Boulder came to his rescue, and Graham returned his toupee.
