The Citadel is Zeta Prime's seat of government in Iacon. It contains the Primacy Auditorium and training rooms for the Autobot security forces.

During a Decepticon assassination attempt on Zeta Prime, the Citadel's communications were scrambled by Soundwave, but Blurr reached the building before the assassins and warned Zeta in time.
