Robert Fredrick Paulsen III (born March 11, 1956) is a bemulleted American voice actor. Among many, many, many roles in his extensive career, Paulsen has been the voice of Yakko from Animaniacs, Pinky from Pinky & the Brain, Raphael from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and PJ from Goof Troop.
